Our Story 

We have a very discreet breastfeeding design made of 2 lateral openings on each side of our nursing clothes. 

These lateral openings are closed by 2 easy-to-open snap buttons or 2 YKK Zippers.

Our breastfeeding openings allow us to create practical nursing clothes that look like your normal clothes!

We have scrutinized every aspect of our production:

As a committed brand, we have carefully chosen our ateliers in Portugal and in Vietnam for their know-how and made sure the working conditions were in line with our values. 

Our organic cotton is GOTS certified to guarantee its organic status and Oeko-Tex certified to confirm it’s free of any harmful substances.

Our cotton is organic for your well-being and a greener planet. It translates in the absence of pesticides, 98% water pollution reduction, 94% greenhouse gas emissions reduction.

We chose premium organic cotton for clothes designed to last. Our timeless pieces are designed in the hope you will love wearing them, whether you are breastfeeding or not. Durability is crucial as more than 53 million tons of used textile waste is generated each year, and the amount has doubled over the last 20 years.

When we created Milki Train, we had in mind a brand that would leave the minimum footprint on earth for your health and your baby’s health.

Delivery of orders

1. When will I receive my order? What are the delivery charges?

Once we have received your order, we will email an order confirmation to your e-mail address.  

The order confirmation contains details of the products, prices, payment methods and delivery address. Please check that your order confirmation is correct. If something regarding your order is incorrect, please contact our customer care at: hello@milkitrain.com immediately. If an item is out of stock we will let you know via e-mail at the earliest possible opportunity. If you are under 18 you must have parental permission to place an order with us.

The Milki Train team inspects, selects and packs each order with love at our home base in Hong Kong and our warehouse in France.

For any order placed on the site, we make a commitment to prepare your order in 24 to 96 hours (except for weekends and holidays) and in maximum 10 working days in periods of strong activities (Christmas, launch, sales, etc.), unless specified otherwise on the product page.

At the time of the seizure of your order, you have to choose the mode of delivery proposed on the site and the address of the delivery:

- For local and international delivery with tracking (US$9,99 Flat-rate, 

except for France US$ 4,99 / local: 3-4 working days international: 7-10 working days) 

- International delivery is free for any order above US$90 except for express delivery.

- For International express delivery, please choose: UPS Saver International (US$40 Flat-rate / 3-4 working days)

For deliveries outside Hong Kong and France customs fees are at Milki Train’s expense except for orders over US$780.

*Please be aware that all orders exceeding US$780 will be subject to additional government duties and fees.

These charges are solely determined by the country of destination customs authorities. We cannot predict the amount of customs duties and taxes you will be charged upon delivery.

2. Is delivery free?

International delivery is free for any order above US$90 except for express delivery.

3. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order.

You can follow the state of progress of your order, provided with your parcel follow-up number, on the web sites sent by our team. 

4. I haven’t received my order, but it should have already been delivered

Please contact our Customer Service department at: hello@milkitrain.com. We can help with any problem.

5. Your package has been returned to sender

Unfortunately, once your package has been returned to our studio, it cannot be re-sent to you, you will be automatically refunded within 7 working days and we reserve the right to charge for shipping, return shipping, administration and invoicing.

1. Do you offer worldwide delivery?

2. Can I buy a gift card? What is the expiration date?

Of course! Our gift card is available here. E-gift Card You have 12 months from the moment you purchase it to use it.

3. I want to buy a product which is no longer available...

4. Can I change my order? Cancel it?

Usually, once the order has been confirmed, you will no longer be able to cancel or change it. You will only be able to return products to us for a refund.

But please send us an email at: hello@milkitrain.com as soon as you change your mind and we will see what we can do to help.

5. Can I return items if I change my mind when I have received my order?

Of course, you can return one or more items from your order if you no longer want them, within 15 days after the reception. All the details of the process to follow are explained in the page “Returns & Exchanges”. Returns & Exchanges

Return a product

1. How can I return or exchange items?

Conditions:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You have 15 (fifteen) calendar days from when you receive your order to return your purchase for a refund if you are not happy. The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, labels must still be attached.

A full refund will be issued to the original method of payment, minus the shipping charges. 

Milki Train will only be responsible for shipping charges if the return is the result of our error. 

Exchanges:

We don't operate a standard exchange service. If you want to order an item in a different size, a different design or another colour, you can just place a new order in our online shop.

Customs fees:

Please note that if you were subject to a customs fee, we are unable to refund this fee for your order. 

E-gift cards:

Please note that e-gift cards are non-refundable.

Second return and gifts:

In case you wish to return an article for an order in which you have already returned another article, or have been gifted an item you wish to return, please contact us at: hello@milkitrain.com.

Otherwise, please follow the “returns steps” guidelines below.

 Returns steps:

x You can return any product you wish to, except for e-gift cards, via our website

x To send your demand of refund, you need to click on Returns Center”, you can click here or find it under the “Help” section on our website, either on the Footer or the Main Menu

x You will need to insert your order number along with the email address you used to purchase your items, after putting the relevant information, you need to click on “Find your order”

x Select the relevant product(s) you wish to return, then click on “Next”

x Select a reason, then click on “Next”

x Select “Refund to original payment method”, then click on “Next”

x Select “Ship with any carrier of your choice”, then click on “Next”

x You will then receive a confirmation by email

x Once we approve your refund request within no more than 2 working days, you will receive another email approving your return request with shipping instructions

Returns are at the client’s expense including possible customs duties.

Shipping returns risks and conditions:

The risks of returns are chargeable to the customer. You are thus strongly incited to send back the parcel by every possible means which brings the proof of its sending and date (recommended with acknowledgment of receipt, tracking number, etc.).

You can insert the parcel tracking number in the email you received which approved your return request.

The product(s) must have returned in mint condition, in its original packaging, labels must still be attached.

The product(s) must be accompanied by the print off of your confirmation of purchase previously emailed to you and a note specifying your RMA number (that can be written by hand on the print off).

In case of the absence of the confirmation of purchase email inside the parcel, Milki Train cannot proceed to the refund.

The incomplete, worn, washed, damaged, carried or made dirty returned product(s) will not be taken back.

2. When will I be refunded?

 Firstly, don’t forget to take into consideration the delivery time for your returned package: up to 15 business days.

The returned product(s) will be paid off to the customer for a maximum deadline of 30 (thirty days) as from their reception by Milki Train, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. 

 Once the received product(s) is/are checked and accepted by our services, the refund will be made by a credit of the amount to be paid off on the bank account of the customer used during the transaction.
