Milki Train launched a breastfeeding clothing line with all mamas, babies, the environment, style, and comfort in mind!

THEIR MISSION

Breastfeeding is one of the most rewarding and challenging aspects of new motherhood. Part of the challenge is the unfortunate stigma revolving around openly breastfeeding in public that can make even the most empowered, non-conformist moms uneasy and hesitant. Milki Train was born out of Paris-born Joséphine Tran's informed desire to change the narrative and make this ritual of nurture and bonding not only comfortable no matter the situation, but also empowering for all!

THEIR COLLECTION

The collection offers one organic baby t-shirt and 6 different organic breastfeeding t-shirts for moms. These have discreet openings that are hardly noticeable, but provide very easy and convenient access to the breasts, all the while preserving privacy in public! The models are as soft and durable as possible with timeless, simple, stylish embroideries and prints with messages in English and French. Milki Train's cotton is organic, GOTS & Oeko-Tex certified, high quality and sustainable from its zero-waste packaging to its eco-friendly snap-buttons.

GIVING BACK

This idea was realized through Kickstarter pre-orders from a community that recognized its potential to revolutionize. Milki Train prioritizes giving back, so their mission is to use sustainable and stylish fashion to create an inclusive community where breastfeeding moms feel empowered to be themselves. Lead with the shared belief that dreams are universal but the opportunity is not, Milki Train partnered with Kiva, an international non-profit that works on expanding financial access to underserved communities. Milki Train pledges 2% of their sales to Kiva's platform, supports female entrepreneurs and gives back in more ways!
